BAT Kenya is excited to once again invite your students to participate in our global business pitch competition dubbed “Battle of Minds”. As a Top Employer for the 7th year in a row, we are committed to championing Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) through innovation. We recognise that sustainability is at the heart of this important agenda. BAT is a place where people can bring their unique differences, and we make a conscious effort to support innovative ideas.
To support this agenda, Battle of Minds offers participants a chance to work at BAT or secure a 50,000 GBP funding to turn their business idea into reality!
Battle of Minds is an annual global competition which aims to:
- Promote ESG
- Engage with early career talent
- Fill available positions at junior level (internship, Global Graduate, or non-management roles)
The criteria for the competition is;
- Adults above 18 years old;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree students;
- Recent graduates within the last 5 years; and
- Team of 2-4 members.
